Our dining staff serves three meals a day with a variety of menu options and a fresh salad bar served with lunch and diner. The dining team at Summit seeks to provide healthy, balanced meals for our students. We typically have options including protein, carbohydrates, fruit, fresh vegetables and, of course, the occasional treat!
