Dining at Summit
Our dining staff serves three meals a day with a variety of menu options and a fresh salad bar served daily. The dining team at Summit seeks to provide healthy, balanced meals for our students. We typically have options including protein, carbohydrates, fruit, fresh vegetables and, of course, the occasional treat!
We are very pleased to have a team of dedicated culinary staff - they dedicate their time and expertise to the service of Summit; truly living for the benefit of others!
Below is a sample of what you may find offered during the day:
Coffee, Tea (etc.)
Fresh fruit and cream
Fresh salad and/or homemade pasta salad
Meat Dish (i.e. grilled chicken, steak, pork, braised ribs, etc.)
Side Dishes (i.e. rice, pasta, couscous, etc.)
